A Time of Change

Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven”

We have constant reminders all around us of an order and progression of time. From clocks to calendars, sunrises to sunsets, the movement of constellations, to the greying of hair, time keeps passing and life goes on.

There have been very pivotal moments in history, times that seem to determine chapters of a story with the world as it’s stage.

From Creation until the fall of man, perfection lasted only a while and sin set in motion the coming of the Messiah. Four thousand years after God said “let there be light”, Jesus came into the world and brought the light back into the darkness.

Two thousands years have passed since that epic moment when the tomb could no longer hold the King of Glory. Victorious over death and Hell, Jesus triumphed over sin and the fulfillment of the law was completed.

Today we are at the edge of a precipice, we are watching the culmination of an age, a church age that brought with it a people after God’s own heart. At the end of this age will be a trial upon the world like never before seen in history. We are witnessing the labor pains of a world that is ready to birth the single most destructive leader the world will ever know. A deceiver who is but a puppet of Lucifer, the great deceiver since the inception of mankind.

The great deception is forming now, the preparation for a cataclysmic event that will leave the world seeking answers. The answers to the questions have already been established, and the process of leading billions of people into a future lake of fire is the goal of the enemy.

2 John 1:7 “For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.”

What lies do we see permeating the airwaves and preparing the people for much greater loss?

The Lies

A 2019 gallop poll revealed that 68% of people believe the government is hiding secret information regarding UFO’s.

This idea appears, and has for years, on internet forums, social media, TV shows, memes, movies, and, of course, fiction books.

From presidents to politicians, even government leaders believe there is more to the story. On Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2014, for instance, Bill Clinton revealed that during his time in office, he’d asked his people to look into both the Area 51 and Roswell files. “If you saw that there were aliens there, would you tell us?” Kimmel asked.

Can you guess how the world is going to react when the rapture of the church occurs?

1 Corinthians 15:51-52 “Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

The sudden loss of millions of people from the earth will create such mayhem, everyone will be looking for answers. The answers will come from the lies perpetuated concerning aliens and false teachers. The world thinks every form of religion is good but christianity. The loss of christians from the earth will be to the world an initial sigh of relief. Every conspiracy theorist that wrote anything on the subject will be looked at as experts and will only fill the people with more elaborate stories to calm their fears.

2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

Truth will Arise once again…

With the rapture of the church will bring an enlightenment to those who rejected the Messiah. People who had been taught truth but refused to walk in it will finally repent and turn, 144,000 jews will go forth with the seal of the Lamb on their foreheads, spreading the message of hope once again. The tribulation will be a time of trial upon the earth, culling out any who might finally repent of sin.

The delusion of the world is their confidence in themselves.

The world thinks it’s just too smart, has too much knowledge, and believes they can find truth in science. Search long enough into the realms of science and you’ll find more questions than answers. Scientists are only scratching the surface of understanding, from life on earth to life in space, the search for meaning has replaced the Truth of God revealed.

Would you consider with me for a moment how in the past God has dealt with people who thought too highly of themselves and have rejected Him.

Mythology

Within ancient Egyptian culture was a the practice of idolatry. Official Egyptian religion included a variety of festivals that honored the Pharaoh or honored the gods, providing opportunities for common people to have some fleeting contact with these sources of “divine power”. This abuse of the One True God’s divine authority was perpetuated by Pharaoh among the Jews held in bondage in Egypt.

When the Lord raised up Moses as the one to lead the people from captivity, the Lord had to loosen Pharoah’s grip on power, the way He did that was by demolishing the authority of Pharaohs gods.

During the tribulation, I believe the Lord will demolish the gods of this world. Everything that people think holds power apart from God will be subjected to corruption. Today, the world doesn’t worship the Egyptian deities but the principles of their worship remains the same.

• Maat was the fundamental order of the Universe. It encompasses both the proper behavior of humans and the normal functioning of the forces of nature, both of which make life and happiness possible. Pharaoh was the principle maintainer of Maat in Egyptian folklore.—Today, the Universe itself is given the distinction of Maat, terms like ‘Mother nature’, imply a force that maintains order and some form of greater oversight. In the tribulation, the Universe will descend into chaos. What looked like order will cascade into disorder, and every security of man will be brought low.
• In Egyptian belief, the disorder that predates the ordered world exists beyond the world as an infinite expanse of formless water, personified by the god Nun. The earth, personified by the god Geb, is a flat piece of land over which arches the sky, usually represented by the goddess Nut. The two are separated by the personification of air, Shu. The sun god Ra is said to travel through the sky, across the body of Nut, enlivening the world with his light. At night Ra passes beyond the western horizon into the Duat, a mysterious region that borders the formlessness of Nun. At dawn he emerges from the Duat in the eastern horizon.

Acts 2:19-21 “I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord
Shall be saved.’

In these last days, these prophecies are already being fulfilled. In the days of the Tribulation, any remnant of faith in science or the Universe will dissipate.

Revelation 6:12-14 “I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place.”

Reality

The gods fabricated by man are only doctrines of demons. These demonic entities have placed themselves in a position of worship, and the rebellious have acquiesced. For those who pretend to give a little supernatural insight, this brings to those who want to find something else to believe in, a path of continued deception.

The Lord is not someone who can be reinterpreted by man’s own ideal. He will not accept anything other than who He is and what He has revealed. The world attempts to control God by believing a fallacy of what they want to believe. False religion has done this for millenia and today is no different.

Isaiah 46:8-10 “Remember this, and show yourselves men;
Recall to mind, O you transgressors.
Remember the former things of old,
For I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like Me,
Declaring the end from the beginning,
And from ancient times things that are not yet done,
Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand,
And I will do all My pleasure,’

The world we live in is descending into chaos. The pandemic that has encompassed every tribe, nation, and tongue has been unleashed for a purpose. God is bringing about a reduction of faith in anything other than Himself.

Change seems to be happening at an accelerated rate but it is only occurring at the same pace it has always done. The Lord is not slow in keeping His promises and He has ordered everything in it’s time.

The time has come to seek the Lord and do away with anything that falsely sets itself up against Him.

If we don’t do it, He will.
